Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Ink and Echo. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we deliver your order. Please read it carefully before placing an order — by completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, product launches, and peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll keep you updated by email if your order is affected.
Shipping times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, weather, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Most of our products are dispatched directly from our manufacturing partners overseas, which is how we keep our prices fair. We appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the items in your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
Split shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. This is normal — please don't worry if part of your order arrives before the rest. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We're not able to predict what these charges may be, so we'd encourage you to check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's been dispatched, and we can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 6 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to amend it before dispatch.
Failed deliveries & unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. A second shipping fee may apply.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 35 business days of dispatch, please email us at support@theinkecho.com and we'll investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
